turbo tax is great

Hi I did not use the AI feature as far as I know. The software works great and I plan to keep on using turbo tax.

Continues to force me into paying for the upgraded package and gives no benefit to doing so. I hated that about taxact and I can't stand that turbotax roped me into it this year.

Held me hostage until I paid for my "free" plan.

It used to be great. This year it sucked. Dragged on for an hour. Asked me the same questions over and over. Then at the end it held me hostage for payment when i chose chose the free plan. Never again. You lost a customer. Ill go to a tax office from now on. Just like I stopped banking with Credit Karma. Im done taxing with you.

Horrible

Horrible experience. W2-G was held up until box 18 was not null. No reason to enter a value. No value given on W2G forms. No state or local tax was remitted. If filings are held up, you are to compensate me for my losses and grief.
