I'm sorry, Turbo Tax was great because you do it yourself and it was free. NOW I still do it myself and paid over a hundred dollars. Very sad.

Turbo tax is terrible

Absolutely no help. Unless you want to pay for it. Have fun accessing any documents you might need to try to make numbers match. Free! Yeah you can log in for free that’s about it. I won’t use turbo tax again next year. Iall take it to a professional who want ask me to upgrade 60x times for h same services.

Easy and explains everything!

Turbo Tax is amazing and helps everyone be able to file their own taxes and see step by step how you come up with our refund or pay in amount. Only thing that would be a little nicer is maybe a little lower on the fees. Yes, I know, professionally people charge more. I just think there should be one low flat fee instead of multiple options. Either way, its still manageable.
