I think it's stupid as can be that I have to pay you guys in order for you to take my money out of my federal returns. You are charging me for charging me. It's ridiculous. You also didn't say until the VERY END that you were charging me for taking it out of my federal tax return whereas before when you mentioned costs you NEVER mentioned the additional costs..... It's manipulative and disgusting. I will never use TurboTax again and I will make sure friends, family, and my customers NEVER use it again.

Too EXPENSIVE!

It is easy to process however, the price for filing is a bit expensive. I have a very simple tax return and I am paying too much in my opinion for this service. I will not be using it next year.
