Lied to and tricked

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Turbo Tax. For 10+ years I've been using Turbo Tax, and this is the first time I was lied to multiple times, tricked into options I did not want, and then made to pay nearly 100 dollars for services that previously did not cost anywhere near that. The website 'upgrades' and 'fees' are extremely misleading, poorly worded, and almost borderline false advertisement. This will be my last time using this service.
