I used the TurboTax and had a fantastic experience with my tax expert. They were knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find deductions I would have missed on my own. I felt confident that my return was accurate before filing

Turbo tax is not the best anymore

Tried to obtain my 2024 tax e file docs to due being rejected. Does not allow m to view and states I never filed yet IRS states I did but they don’t have my documents themselves.
