Turbo tax, room for improvements.

Turbo tax has become much more difficult and time consuming. You would think it would be quicker and easier.

subpar and hidden fees

It was efficient for sure. It was really aggravating to do the e-file and then there was hidden charges which I wasn't fan off. Can't say I'll use this again. It was cheaper going with someone else. Not impressed.
