Been using this TurboTax for years this year, I had to file a separate form and they automatically change me from free filing to making me pay without notifying me within the services that this was happening not very happy with TurboTax won’t be using them next year if I have to have special forms, I will file directly with the IRS where it is free. It won’t cost me one penny.

False advertisers

It's bull crap that it's advertised everywhere to file free with Turbo Tax, but each year you get charged fees for everything, you get a fee for federal and state to be filed seprate fees I might add. You get a fee for direct deposit and a fee for using your taxes to pay! False advertisement for sure.

Usually love turbo tax, has always made it pretty simple. found it really difficult to change some issues I had. It was also not letting me use drop down list when editing and reviewing, causing me many issues and time wasted.

Turbotax easy to use.

Quick, easy to use and understand. I don't like being charged to file. I understand federal and state charges you, but I was charged 3 times in total (Federal, State and TurboTax). Other than that, I will continue to use it.

Forced me to upgrade my plan stating I had a Medicare Tax form to file that I had no knowledge of and it didn't even show me the form.
