Turbo tax is great!

Easy to do yourself. Takes you step by step. We have been using turbo tax for years now. If there is any problems they have step by step to help you get it fixed.

Large Processing Fee

Everything was perfect, but there is a $40 processing fee with Deluxe and that is ridiculous

No Veteran Support

It is too hard to understand what you are asking when it comes to credit, IRA's, Roth, etc. As a Veteran I should not have to pay to file my taxes, and its free any other place but Turbo Tax. I am going to stop using this site to file since they do not support Veterans. I can file for free so many other places online but not here. I have been using this site for over 15 years but this is my last year. I am getting older and it should not be this hard to file my taxes. I do the easy form and I still have to answer questions that do not pertain to me.
