You guys always charge extra money my Illinois return never gets accepted ever and every time I try to fix it it never works. I think it’s criminal charging What you charge especially when you say TurboTax free which means it’s definitely not free when you’re charging basically $120

Be careful not to get tricked in to DELUXE

Your online service tricked me in to choosing the Deluxe service when my taxes are very simple with no extra forms. It made me pay over $100 when I could have used your free online filing. I may choose a different platform next year.
