I liked the fact that it was easy to use, but I didn't like that there were hidden fees. Also I have never used turbo tax. I was wondering why I didn't get the service at no cost to me.

Great product, been using it for years! Each year they find ways to make filing your taxes easier and easier. Only thing I could do without is the annoying asking if I want to upgrade the turbotax product I chose over and over again.
