I love turbo tax. It takes the guess work out. They have amazing tax professionals ready to help. And you don't have to pay some ridiculous fee to have your taxes done by using turbo tax.

It will not let you correct fix my return.

I never had any issue's with turbo tax in the 5 years i have used it. But, before when something was not correct it would not let you continue until, you fixed it. And when it sends it says success but, i got rejected. When i went to revisit where it says, lets fix your return it does not show where to fix and it takes you back to continue to refile without fixing. I will not be using turbo tax tool next year. This is IRS!! They quick to come after you for little mistakes, i don't have the time or money if, my taxes are not correct and to continue just, not able to fix it. I gave it a 2 stars because, the process was easy to file, but the corrections to fix return suck big time!

I used to really like Turbo Tax but each year they try to charge me more. I used to be able to file with Turbo Tax for free, but I guess now nothing is free anymore. Each year they charge me when I didn't use any extra services.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
