We have used turbo tax for the last several years. It has everything step by step for you to put in and is easy to understand. Easier and cheaper than getting it done in person somewhere.

Website is designed to make taxes on the free version difficult to access or switch to, and constantly offers higher "versions" of the same product for higher prices. At the end, it will force a switch from the free version to a deluxe version, despite filing everything by hand and being a simple W-2 filer. Be ready to pay 88-200$ to file.
