Usually Convenient but Irritating

I usually don't have a problem with Turbo Tax. Yet this year, they required me to upgrade my Turbo Tax to Premium in order to file my taxes, even though nothing about my information changed. It took much longer this year with the same amount of info.

I had a very difficult time editing my dependent's info. I had to make a call to speak to a representative and they walked me through to edit my dependent. I had accidentally made an incorrect election on dependent and was not able to go back to change my elections for my dependent. It was so much easier when you had the main subjects on the left side of the screen to edit.
Your representative Shadow was great! She provided me step by step to make edits my dependent. She had great customer service! Thank you Shadow!

Very easy and quick to use. Not free anymore but allows you to pay with refund funds.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
