hidden charges

finds ways to over charge you. 40 to upgrade, but charges 2x for st and federal. n add a 40 processing fee. made me upgrade to file n took the whole$ i was getting that required me to upgrade. 1/10

they need to specific how much they charging first it said $49 and then they charge $39 extra plus $40 for me using to pay with my refund smh
