Too expensive, false advertising EVERY YEAR - the world is bad enough and you profit off the poor who don't have great access to other accounting services.

Easy process

Very helpful. Turbo tax guides you step by step and you can always go back to make changes without difficulties. I recommend Turbo Tax to my friends and relatives all the time. If you chose to get the online help for new filers I would recommend it.

Turbo Tax are Liars

Turbo Tax are Liars just like H and R block. Nothing about your service is free! SO why do you advertise like it is?! Yes, the program was user friendly and easy to use, but that doesn't change the fact that I, and millions of others are duped into thinking this service free, when it's not. No, I will not be returning next year to continue using turbo tax, because I don't appreciate being lied to.

Unfortunate

Instead of being free, so many fees this year is doesn't feel like a real return. I have been unemployed for more than 6 mos of 2025 so to see the extent of fees for the this product is very discouraging to file my taxes next year with TurboTax.
