Brand New - Fridge Will Not Cool

I just had this installed in a brand new remodel. Freezer works fine, fridge wont cool at all. Hoping FORNO can resolve the issue.

Refrigerator is nice

The Fridge is right next to our dishwasher and the handles don't match. They are different colors. Both the antique brass but different shades. Very noticeable. The Dishwasher, microwave, range, and hood all match that we got... the fridge however does not
