Looks nice, poor service

Our brand new unit will randomly start beeping to signal that the unit is not sealed and air is escaping. It beeps three times every 30 seconds until it thinks it is sealed. Sometimes it has gone on for more than 24 hours straight. We have looked at the installation of all drawers, doors, and shelves, have done the requested 'coin test,' and submitted videos and photos as requested. Our local service company advised us Forno was great to work with. We are hoping to see that, but have been disappointed so far. We opened a case with Forno ten days ago and still cannot get them to authorize a service visit to have someone come look at it. Overall, disappointed in the unit and service.

Having owned a number of basic refrigerators over the years, this Forno French Door model is by far the best we've owned. Very spacious in the main storage area and easily accessible via the French doors. Two freezer drawers provide ample space for frozen goods & the ice container is , frankly, preferable to the dispenser types IMHO. Just scoop a glass in the ice tray & you are ready to go. So far so good !!

I purchased both the 36" Moena Refrigerator FORNA ALTA QUALITA and the 30″ Lseo Gas Range FORNO ALTA QUALITA Stainless Steel 5 Italian Burners FFSGS6275-30 and I'm very pleased with the look and the performance.

Awesome addition to my Forno range!

I fell in love with my range and adore the frig. It Love the slide our drawer in the freezer, ice maker replenishes quickly and looks stunning. Love it being on rollers…so easy to move. Quietest frig we have ever owned!

So far from forno their parts department has quick response times. As far as the product no issues with the Refrigerator other than the shelves do not hold up I’ve had the appliance for 2 years and the shelves started braking within the first few months of owning the appliance.
