Being forced to leave a review to complete warranty registration feels a bit out of pocket, no? Especially when it needs to be registered so I can complete a service request since the refrigerator I purchased never cooled down enough to be able to put food in it.

Pretty but Ice Tray is poorly designed

The ice tray is designed in a way that the fill indicator arm knocks ice out of the tray every time you open the door. This then fills the bottom compartment with lots of ice that you have to clean up and makes a lot of noise.

stopped working after 2 months! Forno not replying

while the refrigerator looks great, it stopped working after 2 months! we lost hundreds in groceries and have been without a fridge for a week now- filed a claim and have had NO reply yet! after a week! that’s doesn’t even include how long it will take once someone does look at it! I am so disappointed and will not purchase this brand again. Ticket 82490
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Many Problems Already

First, my left door showed up with scratches and a ding on the left door and the top freezer. Trim kit doesn’t fastened perfectly to the outside of the refrigerator so it doesn’t feel like the doors are closing all the way. If the fridge is up against the wall then there’s no way to fasten the side of the trim kit to the fridge. Icemaker fills up too much so if it’s full and you open the door then it spills ice in the bottom freezer. Not very happy for the price…

Died after 90 days

Fridge no longer cools, compressor not kicking on and unable to get fridge fixed under Warranty due to not having receipt as this was a gift for our new home. We picked this fridge because we loved the look, now we are stuck trying to find someone who will service this out of our own pocket. We also purchased a matching stove which is another story. Thanks Forno for not providing any warranty!!!

Refrigerator stoped working properly

Bought the fridge in Oct 2024, that color options were exactly what I was looking for & the over all design is nice. However the refrigerator has stopped functioning properly not keeping the displayed temp. The freezer seems to function but for the refrigerator to go out in less than 6 months of use is a shame. I purchased a FFRBI1820-36BLK.

The 36" Fridge is pretty basic and very disappointed that it was advertised as stainless steel when its not. The fridge is VCM (Vinyl coated metal) and I would not have purchased it if I had known it was fake stainless steel. It actually looks very cheap
