I contacted Forno for help with refrigerator door that arrived damaged from Lowe's as Lowe's customer service was less than helpful. Within a day I had an email response to the email I sent. Throughout the process, it was shared that the item was on backorder but was provided with a tentative recovery ETA. I was assured that the replacement door would arrive at no cost to me as it was covered under 2 year warranty. The door just arrived and needless to say I am happy with the overall look and operation of the refrigerator but more so with the customer service I received

Damaged upon arrival, ice maker causing issues

multiple minor damages from the supplier, and less than two months in, the ice maker is causing issues rendering it useable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
