Issues with refrigeration temperature

Our brand new refrigerator cannot maintain a temperature in the fridge compartment less than 48 degrees. We have the fridge setting at the lowest setting (32 degrees), but noticed food does not feel very cold (particularly drinks). We have had a thermometer in the fridge for 24 hours and it doesn’t read cooler than 48 degrees no matter where the thermometer is placed in the refrigerator compartment. We do not notice the compressor running excessively. We have tried adjusting the temperature in the freezer to a lower temperature to try to lower the fridge compartment temperature, but that has not had any effect on the fridge compartment. The air temperature in our house is consistently between 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit. We are concerned that the refrigerator’s temperature gauge may be defective.

gorgeous refrigerator but having technical issues

The refrigerator is beautiful. love the smudge free feature. Handles are gorgeous. Freezer can be a little small. Refrigerator shelves and side inside panels are great! Love how quiet it is. I would give it five stars, unfortunately having issues with ice maker. Waiting for customer service to see how the recovery is.

Great service, ice maker not working

We love the refrigerator, but the ice maker only makes ice that taste like chlorine. We've had it for almost a year and it still does it! Its not our water, bc our tap water tastes great!

Like the features. Need time to live with it for awhile before giving a realistic review. Ice maker has not made ice yet (first 3 hours). We wonder about this. Other reviews suggest a problem with ice maker.

So Far So Good

We'd like to activate the Warranty on our new Refrigerator but apparently we are required to fill out a review before we've had much time with it. So far so good is about all we can honestly say since it's only been a week. We'd have preferred to leave a glowing review after a few months. As it stands we're very happy so far with hope and optimism for the future.

Great looking Fridge.. Ice maker not working

Fridge is great.. the info on building the enclosure is a bit off in dimensions. I build for a living, and built to spec.. but the fridge didn't;t fit specs. Also, the ice maker isn't working out of the gate, so I'm going we can get this remedied.
