Found the quick fix to keeping flame lit!!

I purchased this around Christmas but just unboxed it and set it up yesterday. The heater portion lit and stayed lit just as expected. The top flame would not stay lit after letting go of the knob. Yes, I tried depressing the knob for 10 seconds (even tried for as long as 60 seconds), but flame would die upon letting the knob out. BUT, I fixed it! I needed the press the knob in PRETTY DARN HARD and I could feel and hear the knob sort of click just a tiny bit as if a piece of plastic or something was holding it back. The flame stayed lit after that. I did it a few more times to verify and all is well now. So for all of those folks have similar issues with either burner, try really putting some muscle behind pushing the knob in and see if that fixes for you. Now that the burner is sorted, it is an awesome heater and firepit!
