Awesome Heat and Embiance

This is beyond our expectation. Ninja does it again with one of their fine products. Between the fire pit and heater this unit does it all. Provides a ton of heat, as well as ambiance for the perfect setting. We love it and highly recommend it. I may be biased as I am a die hard Ninja fan but definitely worth the money. They should include the lid with it but I will order that separately. 10 stars…..

Great product! Keeps me warm in upstate New York, temperature is down in the low 30s able to sit outside and enjoy. No problems whatsoever. Easy to set up.

I really enjoy my Ninja Fireside, it's very warm ! I'm having a problem with the lower switch not wanting to keep the flame on, I bump the switch once or twice before it stays on.

Tank freeze

Love how much heat it kicks out. However the heat ring goes out after about 35 minutes. It sounds like this is common problem of tank freezing. Hate to not be able to use this in cold weather. Defeats the purpose.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Propane tanks can freeze or develop frost when the pressure inside drops as they empty, which happens faster on high settings. In colder weather, this can lead to reduced flame and heat output. To help prevent this, start with a full tank, switch tanks if possible to allow the frozen one to thaw, and use lower heat settings initially before increasing them as needed. These steps can help maintain performance and delay freezing.
