All around wonderful

Perfect lil’ fire pit for cozy time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first fire pit and didn’t disappoint lof course. When it arrived I was in shock it was so big and heavy. It feels durable which it should be to withstand the Florida weather.
Installing it was easy. Everything came in the box, you only had to provide the propane.
Super beginner friendly which is always a must. Excited to have this outdoor heater and fire pit in my household.

Great heater. So much better than the tall ones with domes. Fireplace feature is nice also although we don't really use it too much. Easy to set up and easy to use. We use it in our lanai and if I had one critique I wish it was on wheels. We like to move it around for different needs and it's heavy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceeds expectations. Nice to have an option when solo stove prep, supervision, and clean-up seem overwhelming. Ignite and relax, it's CLEAN, FAST, and worry free. Perfect when you want a brief respite on the deck, without the commitment after starting a wood burning alternative. Well done NINJA!

It works so its worth the price

It's unique in that it is the only product available that can provide heating that goes lateral. All the others just have heat going vertical, unless they add some kind of heat deflector. It is better than the radiant heaters that are on a tall stand because their heat is too high up. It is a propane hog, but if you want heat-you gotta burn fuel. It's small and light enough for us to take with our RV when camping, which is great because so many campgrounds have open fire restrictions. For patios it great because there is no smoke. When sitting in a chair, it will warm your legs which is a big feature that people that are used to wood campfires really want. Warning though: be careful around it. If you back up to it, you can easily burn your butt. Yes, it's expensive. But it delivers results. You can spend less on the little propane pits but they don't deliver. So in essence, you've wasted your money. It seems to have good build quality so it should last a good while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been really impressed with the Ninja Fireside 360. First of all, it looks good. It has a clean, modern vibe, so it doesn’t look bulky or out of place on the patio. But the best part is the heat output. With the circular heat mode, you can actually feel the warmth all the way around the pit and you don’t have to sit directly on top of it to stay warm. The built-in heater plus the fire together is what makes it such a game changer.
One thing to note: the metal grates do get hot, so just be mindful with little hands or pets around. But overall, it’s easy to use, puts on a really nice flame, and keeps everyone comfortable. We’ve already used it just sitting around the fire, watching tv and making smores. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Easy to use and get heat!

It not only can be used as an aesthetically pleasing fire pit that gives off great heat, but it also can be a flameless heater. It is lightweight and easy to port around and move and keep in storage when not in use. You have the ability to have a flame on or just have the heater going. It takes a normal size propane tank and three AAA batteries. A great product from ninja that works great gives off excellent heat and is aesthetically pleasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not cold enough to use where I’m at. But I’m excited for when the time comes. Comes with instructions and set up seems easy enough. It’s not too heavy so easy for me to move around depending on where I want it.
