Effective and sleek-looking outdoor heater & fire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Fireside360 has transformed our backyard evenings.
The three modes (flame only / heat only / both) give you incredible flexibility depending on the weather, mood, or company.
When both flame+heat are engaged, the unit boasts up to 80,000 BTUs of combined heat & flame — powerful enough to warm a larger group, and it truly lives up to the “360-degree” warmth promise.
One of the biggest advantages: it’s virtually smokeless. No more shifting chairs away from a sneaky smoke puff, no ash cleanup, and no lingering smoky odor on clothes. That alone makes it vastly more pleasant than a traditional wood fire pit.
Setup and control are super user-friendly. The simple dial control means turning it on/off and adjusting flame are a snap.
The big downside is that a full propane tank will only last 5 hours if the heat and flame are on high, 14 hours if the heat and flame are on low or 28 hours with low flame and no heat.

Fabulous patio item for quick and easy warmth and

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Fireside 360 is fulfilling my dreams of a no-hassle “fire pit” experience. I get a warm and toasty outdoor seating area, and don’t have to collect wood, work hard to start a fire, and worry about the embers after we’ve turned in for the night. The Fireside 360 puts out a lot of heat from the outer ring, and has the visual of a cozy fire at the top among the coals.
Assembly was simple. It seems very sturdy and durable, I would expect it to last a long time. My only “con” is that it is not at all portable - once I put a propane tank in it, I can’t lift it - so you’ll need a cover for it for sure (it will be sitting out in all weather).

From the moment it arrived, we were excited to put it to the test — and it did not disappoint. Setup was super easy, and within minutes we had the fire pit going and were roasting s’mores for a cozy night in the backyard.
The flame output is strong, consistent, and gives the perfect bonfire feel without all the smoke and hassle. I also love the sleek design — it looks beautiful on our patio and instantly elevates the space. Living in South Florida, we don’t get many cool nights, but even with a slight breeze it created such a cozy atmosphere. I can already see this becoming our go-to for family nights and making core memories outdoors.
If you’re looking for a modern, safe, and stylish fire pit that gives you that true campfire experience at home, this is definitely worth it. Ninja did an amazing job with this one — we’re obsessed! 🔥❤️

Great firepit…. When it works

Bought this three weeks ago, and I love it WHEN it works. The bottom burner will not stay lit. We have used it three times and we had to remove and reconnect the Venturi valves twice. One of the two gas lines from the controls to the Venturi valve came kinked, and I think that is causing the flame outs. Great product when it works, but it is not very reliable. Hoping to get a replacement line from the manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Warm and Toasty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fire pit keeps us so warm in the fall and we’ll definitely be using it in the winter. I’m in love with this smokeless fire pit. There are three modes, you can have flame only, heat only or flame and heat together. Also, you can adjust the heat to your liking. This fire pit is a crowd pleaser, everyone who comes over falls in love with it. The unit runs on propane and the tank lasts a really long time for us, I have the heat on medium low usually. You can move this fire pit to any outside location you would like, it easily can be moved around, you just need two people to help. The ambient flame mode is one of my favorite settings, it just looks so gorgeous. Setup was a breeze, the unit comes assembled all you need to do is lay the stones on top that are provided and purchase a propane tank. The heat is so powerful on this unit, you get head to toe coverage. Overall the best part of this fire pit is that it’s smokeless, I haven’t seen one on the market like this.

Easy to use and the features fit well. Really enjoy the dual heating elements and the rocks add a nice aesthetic touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a heater to fill a medium size space or outdoor area.

Great when hanging with friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Fireside360 is easily my new favorite patio heater. It gives off heat in all directions, so everyone around the patio feels it without having to crowd around one spot. The flame on top adds a cozy vibe and a little extra light at night, which looks great. I’ve had a few other outdoor heaters over the years, but they’re bulky, hard to move, and awkward to store. This one’s compact, still covers a good area, and actually looks good sitting between the chairs. The only thing I’m cautious about is keeping my dogs away from the flame and remembering it stays hot for a bit after turning it off. Overall, it’s been a solid upgrade. Everyone who’s come over has commented on how nice it is. Now I just need a cover to keep leaves out when it’s not in use.

An absolute MUST HAVE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Halloween, our heater was the hero! It was cold and raining all evening- light, sharp, annoying rain- the trick or treaters were miserable. We sat outside, with this heater on, and boy did they linger! We brought it off the porch, onto our driveway and back with just one person. It was so nice being able to enjoy the heat feature under our porch roof, but also turn on the fire and get some light when we sat outside on the driveway!! This is a huge game changer for us. We love it!!
