This product has changed, but not for the better!

I have been using this product since it's been on the market, but it sure has changed over the past year. The pads separate very easily from the plastic disk they are supposedly attached to, and then you have to fish through the toilet to retrieve it so it doesn't get flushed by accident! Sometimes I cannot use the pad even before I attach it to the wand, because it's already separating! I have wasted so much money over the past year buying new ones, "just in case the ones I had were duds". Well, at this point, I'm ready to go back to using a good old fashioned toilet brush and cleaner. Please go back to the drawing board & redesign the pads or make them they way you originally did. What a waste of money!

I see the reviews and I must have gotten mine before the fall apart stage. However I'm going to be careful. My complaint is that I got my product in bulk, which came with the wand and no caddy. This is okay. But I would like to know where I can buy just the caddy. I don't need another kit, because I'd still have a wand that needs a caddy. I just want the caddy. No extra wand, just caddy......

I had this product and loved it until about a week ago when it fell of the wand and flushed down the toilet. I currently can not use any water in my house and have to wait for the plumber to come in the morning. It is unfortunate but I am done with the product now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have come to this website specifically to comment to the powers that be. But I am dismayed to read the how-to directions that say to use the cleaning wand above the water line. Are you kidding me? The toilet gets dirty below the water line, too. That brings me to my suggestion that you remove the dye from the cleaner so that you can see if you have missed any dirt before you flush and find more. I, too, had a problem with the head coming off. Now I am extra careful not to flush until my cleaner head is above the water line in contact with the bowl itself so it won't flush.

Head got stuck in the toilet!!!!!

I was just cleaning my toilet bowl today and then all of a sudden the head cleaner just fell off and got stuck in my new toilet bowl. Not a good product to clean the bowl. Im so afraid cause I know It will clogged my toilet bowl and it will cause me hundreds of dollars to fix it. I don't know what to do!
