What's different?

I have used toilet wands for years and up until the last two boxes I have been a hundred percent happy with them however with the last two boxes the cleaning head plastic comes unattached from the sponge and what's different if I've got to put my hand in the bowl to retrieve the sponge because it's not flushable why do I need this product?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Clorox wand for years. But the last box of refills I bought has completely fell apart as soon as it hits the water. I thought maybe I had just 1 bad cleaning head. But it turns put to be every single one that I've used.. Can't even scrub the bowl with the cleaning pad. It also looks like they have been made differently. If I could upload a picture, I would.

Falls apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for frequent toilet cleaning in an area with very hard water. The plastic separates from the scrubber almost immediately and the only way to make use of the product is to get a glove and use my hand. Totally defeats the point! It would clean great if it would stay together as the cleaning agent seems to be good. Very disappointed.

Threw away 3 packages of refills!

I've used these vs. the competitor for a few years and have been happy with the ease of use. I was appalled the last refills literally fell apart in the first layer at the first dip. I literally had to throw away 3 packages since I have 3 bathrooms. Not recommending at all since they are expensive to purchase and am now going to the competitor. Can't just throw away money like that!

Making them CHEAPLY

Go back to how the cleaning heads used to be made. The current ones fall apart IMMEDIATELY and are completely useless. I was your customer for years, now I am looking at your competitors for something that works.

The newly designed product falls apart before cleaning is complete. Unfortunately I just purchased a box containing 36 cleaning heads.

I have used the toilet wand for a couple of years,I thought they were great . Lately they are not so good the pad falls off while I am washing the toilets and I have to fish it out of the toilet .

Used to love them but ....

I have used is product for years and have always loved them. However the last several boxes of refills I’ve purchased are terrible. The scrubber separates from the plastic base as soon as they get wet. I can’t even finish cleaning the bowl before they completely fall apart. I’ve even lost a few down the drain. Please, please fix this problem or I’m going to have to quit buying them and find a replacement. As they are right now, I would never recommend them.
