Scrubbers coming loose from plastic part! Have to fish it out of the toilet! This defeats the purpose of purchasing a product believing it's more sanitary!! I'm very disappointed!

Weak plastic wand

I purchased the toilet wand and disposable bleach heads. However, after two uses the wand handle broke and I was unable to attach the beach pads securly into it. I’ve been trying to purchase just the replacement wand without having to purchase a complete kit again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased one to try and now I want one for each bathroom. I like the ease of use and one pad can clean 2 toilets easily. Not so eco friendly but the convenience and cleanliness is great. Bye bye toilet brush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for years with satisfaction. I found it extremely convenient and appreciated not having a filthy toilet brush in the bathrooms.
However, a maid service I use regularly apparently used the toilet wand and the head came off and was inadvertently flushed causing the toilet to back up and inhibit flushing. Also in this particular bath I have an expensive toilet seat that has a child size seat/rim built in (so effectively two seat sizes in one) and the cleaner from the pad having dropped onto the seat during the cleaning ruined the finish of the toilet seat and etched and dulled it.

Love the pad.....

but the wand is flawed. It doesn't easily stick to the pad and is cumbersome while cleaning.
HOWEVER, I love the pad. It has cleaning product on a "magic eraser"!! I avoid using the wand, put on my cleaning gloves and go for it! It does a wonderful job cleaning every crook and cranny.
I would recommend this to a friend that is willing to stick their gloved hand in the toilet and scrub. If you're wanting to keep your distance with the help of a wand, then no, I would not recommend it.
I will buy this product many times over, just not the wand.

Defective

Someone told me to purchase this for my new home. I’ve used two from the starter kit and both have fallen off. I have to go fishing for the scrub in the toilet. I’m sure this isn’t suppose to happen but very annoying.

Design could be improved; sponge breaks off easily

Nice to not have a dirty toilet brush hanging around, but I wish they were designed better for cleaning under the rim and deep in the toilet. The sponge seems to break off when I try to clean these areas so I end up flushing it because I’m not going to reach in and grab it.
