Scrubber head issues

Scrubber heads separate and fall apart. Defective product and have to fish out. Yuck!

Toilet want button broke after using once

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product cleans well, but the product wand broke after the first use. Easy to use for sure. Kindof wondering if the company would send me a new wand for further cleaning? Hope so.

Cleaning Head Lodged in Toliet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the toilet wand for over 10 years. For the first time tonight, as soon as I put the wand in the toilet, the head fell off and floated up into the toilet. I cringed through the process of sticking my hand as far up the toilet as I could only to be unable to reach it. I know it is close because the water was clear and has now turned dark blue. I can't afford a plumber. Any tips on how to get that thing out. Of course my significant other is banning the toilet wand from the house. Help from anyone is appreciated, I am desperate!

Could not get pads on wand

I tried one at a friends house, and decided to get one for my home. However, i was never able to get the cleaning pads on the wand. I was SO disappointed! I really liked my friends wand.

Can't find just the wand

I have been looking for just the wand. For toilet bowl cleaner but cant find one even in the refills. I'm not going to buy a whole new caddy just to get a wand. I'll quit using this product. Otherwise I like the product. I also use this product at my church.

Disappointed lately

The last 3-4 times the little Nipple has broken off the handle while cleaning and I get to dip my hand in the toilet water to get it out. I really don’t want to continue to do this as it’s very gross

Love the ease

I have used for many years now and absolutely love, my one downside is that I have all the refill pads and have lost my wand in my recent move. I also wish the wand was a bit longer, as I am tall and bending over strains my back.

What happened?

I have used the toilet wand for years. This year, the heads started falling off the wand. Wherever the manufacturing of the heads is done, something has gone terribly wrong. Please do something! This was one of my favorite cleaning products. At this point I would not recommend this product.
