These refills fall apart as soon as they hit the water making them unusable. I'd rather not have to buy a whole new cleaning system to clean with.

Pad falls off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought my first Clorox Wand set yesterday at Sam’s. The first time I used it, the pad separated from the plastic disc that attaches it to the wand before I even got it in the water! I tried another one and it separated shortly after I started. For this product to have originally had good reviews, something must be happening in quality control! I don’t like that I’ve wasted my money!

Not worth your money anymore

I have used the toilet wand since they came out. They were awesome I loved them.
Now within just a couple seconds the pad gets wet and falls off. I thought maybe just a bad bunch and bought some more and they do the same thing.

Clorox wand system

Used to love this product. Now this is a different story quality is poor, pads break and fall apart as soon as they hit the water. Gave the product another chance but honestly something changed and I am very disappointed

Recently disappointed

I have been using the Cloris wand toilet cleaners for years with very satisfied results of the way they held up and cleaned my toilets, I never used my toilet brush again. However over the past months I have had the worst experiences with the cleaning pads falling apart as soon as they get wet. I wished you would go back to the original way the product used to be, I was a proud user of your product, today...not so much!

This used to be a great product

I have been using the toilet wands for years. However, the last few boxes have been of poor quality. The scrubbing head detaches from the plastic disk immediately. I don't know if the glue they are using has changed or what. But, we are looking for a different product now.

I bought this over a year ago and I keep buying the refills cuz I just absolutely love this product … not having to put my hands inside the toilet bowl and it still being squeaky clean is wonderful … having 4 kids it’s a godsend
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pad falls off the thing that attaches to handle

I wanted to try out this product because it seemed convenient but it’s awful! The part where you stick into the handle rips off the pad and they’re all like that! I spent hard earned money on an awful product and all the other reviews seem to think so as well. You guys need to redesign this product.
