Scrub Pad coming off in toilet

This is the 2nd time the scrub pad has come off the plastic plate that clips onto the wand. I was able to snoke out the toilet, but my snake is only 4 ft long, so the pad is stuck somewhere inside the drainpipe.
I will hold Clorox responsible to pay for a complete snaking of my drain lines if necessary!

Pad breaks every time

Scrubber Pad comes off almost immediately from the plastic piece rendering it useless. I then have to put a glove on my hand and clean the toilet with my hand and the scrubber pad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased a large box (36 cleaning heads) everyone as came apart as soon as i put it in water
it is such a mess! I could understand one or two. but I am on my third pack and so far, they have all fallen apart, what a waste of money... Clorox can and should do better, ripping off customers is not cool!!!

Very effective and very sanitary ! Love that I can throw away after I use the toilet wand to clean . No scent so no smell to it . Value for money yes I only buy this . Environmental impact yea cuz it’s not resolvable

Since I bought the product itself, these refills have been very useful to complement my weekly cleaning. They have bleach which eliminates 100% of the bacteria in the water.

The wand is durable and last a lot of cleanings. I love the convenience it provides when cleaning. I believe you get your moneys worth and you aren’t harboring germs in a reusable wand.

I've used this product for years but it has now begun to leave blue stain streaks in my toilet bowls that I cannot remove. The Rain Forest version is even worse. Help!
