Product quality has changed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have noticed a marked difference in the toilet cleaning pads. They fall apart easily and I sometimes need two pads to finish cleaning the toilet. I am very disappointed in the quality of the current pads and will likely stop purchasing them.

Quality has gone down the toile

I have used the Clorox toilet wands for so many years, I don’t remember using anything else. The change in quality has ended that, however. I feel like I’m using a cheap dollar store imitation of one of my favorite cleaning products. They completely fall apart in the toilet. Who wants to have to fish this out of their toilet? I am not hopeful that the quality will improve since this feedback has been consistent for at least 2 years. I guess I’ll have to go back to the old brush and cleaner method. I really liked not having a dirty gross toilet brush sitting around.

Falls apart

I’ve used these for years, they were convenient but now they fall apart!!! Only cleaning one toilet causes the pad to rip apart. I thought it was just a fluke, but every single one does the same thing!!! Such a shame, I will not be buying them again . There should be the option to upload a picture because I took a picture of this garbage to tell you guys how terrible this product has become.

I have used this product for many years. It has been my favorite cleaning product of all time until recently. The last two boxes of cleaning pads I have purchased fall apart as soon as they touch the water. Since I purchased these boxes at a warehouse store, I decided I would try a different place today. I checked the box before I left the store and am glad I did. The cleaning pads were the same horrible quality. I am not sure why the quality was changed but I won't continue to purchase this item unless it improves.

Disappointed

The pads fall off. Nothing better than having to fish the pads out of the toilet before and cleaning is done. Once pad to go then I'm done!

Flimsy wand refills fall apart immediately

This is a different redesign than the original Clorox Wand and sponge heads. The sponges separate once wet and fall completely apart within 15 seconds. Fishing it out of the tooket bowl is ridiculous. It’s no longer a good product and a waste of money. Clorox, do better. You know it is defective.

Didn’t like sorry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it in my bathroom on my toilet,it is very unconvient I didn’t like it at all just to close to my hands to much changing the little pads on it,And I wouldn’t recommend it at all didn’t clean so good was just a complete mess to be honest.Maybe if the arm was longer and I didn’t have to fight to get the disk on the brush it might have been ok.

Don't waste your money!

I had been a customer for several years, the last two times I have purchased this product I have been HIGHLY dissapointed. The refills are poorly made and fall apart easily. I work overtime making sure they do not fall of the plastic and fall into the toilet bowl with no way for me to retrieve them. No more wasting my money. Have gone back to the brush. Prices go up and quality go down, very dissapointing.
