Clean toilet, peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TMI, but the stomach flu hit us hard the past couple of weeks. This little guy was a life saver. It is so easy to just pop on a new cleaning “pod” thingy and scrub away all the nasty gunk, then release it into the trash can. I never had to touch anything with my hands, just the blue release button on the handle. Yay. I will definitely be keeping these in my house cleaning arsenal. Thank you for the free sample, Influenster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clorox® ToiletWand® Disposable Toilet Cleaning System, ToiletWand®, Storage Caddy and 6 Disinfecting ToiletWand® Refill Heads Is a great idea. I received a free sample of the product. It smells good compared to other types of toilet cleaners. It cleaned and disinfected the bowl and rim. It did not remove all the hard water stains. I would recommend trying it out.

Convenient and sanitary

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very convenient and sanitary way to store a toilet bowl brush. I like the convenience, and I can just spray the wand with bleach before it goes back into the holder like I do with a regular brush. The one downside is the amount of waste associated with this method. The replacement heads are single use so I’m sure the amount of waste adds up over time. That’s the trade off for the convenience, I suppose. However, there’s probably a similar amount of plastic waste generated by replacing traditional brushes at the recommended intervals too. I’d probably recommend for those who may not clean their toilets as often as I do (1-2x/week) or who don’t replace their toilet brushes very often since this is a more sanitary option than letting a toilet brush sit in the bathroom for a year.

Not my first choice in toilet bowl cleaners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like that this starter kit includes the caddy, and the six pack of refills, but the caddy itself is so cheap feeling and it's too big for the six pack of refills, but I don't think it's big enough for anything more than that. The handle is also cheap feeling. The eject button for the pad is exactly where it feels most natural to hold the wand, while cleaning, so I kept feeling like I was going to eject the pad into the toilet. I honestly didn't think it was going to do that great of a job, and maybe my toilet wasn't that dirty, but I am satisfied with how clean the toilet was afterwards and how easy it was to clean the toilet. I do like the way that it smells. It does have a pleasant scent.
