Poor Product

I use to love this product. The last two boxes however came apart when using to clean the stool.. I had to flush it down and it clogged my stool one time. I was able to use the plunger to get it unstopped. I have used this product since it first came out and it worked fine. I do not know why the last two boxes have fallen apart. I am trying one more box and if it falls apart upon use, I guess I will obtain another product.

Love it but make the heads “clear”

I get that the blue color is probably just an assurance that there is cleaner in the head, but I trust the brand enough to believe it without that. It leaves a blue stain on the upper rim that you then have to follow up with a wipe to clean off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use these toilet wands in my toilets when cleaning and typically love them but the last refill batch I bought fell apart and they separated between the sponges. Then the one layer falls into the toilet and needs to be fished out so it doesn't go down the toilet when flushed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I believe I got a defective wand. Mine would not click the pads in I have to do it by hand. Same thing when I went to click it to throw it away,had to do it by hand. Now the pads do a good Job scrubbing.

What happened

Another long time user who is disappointed with the new refills. The pad falls right off the clip almost immediately. I’m very disappointed to hear it’s not just a fluke. I hope you go back to your old formula or I’ll have to find something else.

I have been using the toilet wand for years. Almost from its beginning. I still like it but don’t love it because you have cut some corners in the recent years to the point it falls apart when cleaning the toilet. Why change what isn’t broken??? I warn people about it falling apart but still use it. I may change if it gets worse.

Used to be great - what happened?

Unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. These used to be fantastic and a quick way to clean. Now you can’t clean much before the head is completely falling off. I hope they go back to the old style or I’m finding a different product.
