[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry to be negative, but not only has the product been separating during cleaning, my wife just came home with a 20 pack that only has 18 in it. Come in Clorox. Get your act together.

Toilet refill heads fall apart

Bought a box of 30 refill heads. Used 11 so far, each and every one fell apart within the first swipe in the toilet. Pads separated where blue cleaner was and hung by a few fibers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

dye stains surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for years and the only negative thing I have found is that it stains surfaces. I stood a wand in the wet shower until I was ready to use it on the toilet and it left a blue stain that I cannot get off.

I am handicapped, with limited balance, and range of motion. This product allows me to handle a job I have been utterly unable to manage for almost a decade. "Potty patrol" is no longer a heinous task. Thank you.

its really long, so that's good, and theres 6 REFILLS, it got really wet though. It doesn't break when u push it really hard, that came in handy. it reaches into all the cracks u need.
Pros: special things, *winky face*

They fall apart!

I have a box of 36 refills that I hardly used and might as well throw out. I used to love this product when they first came out, but the quality has plummeted. They are much thinner now and fall apart when they hit the water! Not a good feature for a product intended for use in a toilet.

Toilet Wand Cleaning Pads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the toilet want for years and up until the last box I purchased, I've been satisfied. I bought the large box and so far 3 of the pads have come off the plastic holding it. Have you changed your glue? Very digusted having to dip the pad out of the toilet bowl.

Buy a brand new box… And the inserts completely broke apart before I could completely scrub the toilet
