Fall apart immediatley

I’ve been using Tolkien wands for YEARS. Just picked up a new box. Immediately after entering water the brush starts to fall off the plastic head. If this is a new version PLEASE return to the old one!! Totally disappointed!

Quality has been poor lately

The pads use to be very good, but for the last couple months they have started falling appart within moments of getting wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had any issues with the wands/pads that others report. I would like Clorox to offer a more attractive container for the wand and pads; eg: stainless steel, that are fully enclosed not showing the contents-easier to clean off also.

Just opened a box of toilet wand refills. First two came right apart as soon as they were wet. Pretty sure rest of box will do the same. I am sitting on 3 boxes of refills, ugh. This has not happened in the past. Afraid I'm sitting on 3 defective boxes.

Love these, but received bad package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these. But I’ve received a bad package and the scrubbing pads are falling off quickly once in the toilet water. And one of the pads ended up being flushed down the toilet. What do I need to do?

I bought this item when it first came out! I loved it! Now - not so much. It falls apart almost as soon I start scrubbing! I have a picture if you want to see it.
