toilet wand refill

I just threw my whole supply of toilet wand refills away. Three bathrooms had a good supply. but they fell apart in the bowl, most without scrubbing first. They look different than the original thicker pads. This was one of my favorite products, what happened? Clorox, what a let down from your well regarded company.

Toilet wand refills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 1/2 dozen boxes of these and every one of them come apart and separate while using and falls into tank. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed especially because they r hard to find and expensive. I am considering switching to Dow who put out a similar product

Poor Quality

I've used this product for many years, yet the last two boxes of cleaning heads were a disappointment. The cleaning heads start falling apart as soon as they hit the water. Guess the last two boxes will be my last two boxes.

They fall apart!

I have used these for years but lately they have been a terrible disappointment!
They start falling apart before I am finished cleaning the bowl. The quality of your product is horrible now.
I have had to fish the pads out of the toilet bowl which does not make me happy at all!

Falling apart

I’ve been using the toilet wands for years but the refills I’ve bought in the last few months have been terrible - within a couple of scrubbing motions, the sponge is falling off of the wand - for years I’ve been able to use one head on multiple toilets but now I can barely get one bowl clean before the sponge is breaking off. Very disappointing and what we has changed I hope it gets reversed to go back to how it used to be! I miss the old refills.

Scrubbers fall apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always loved the easiness of the Clorox Toilet Wand, but the last two boxes I have bought have had the exact same issue. The scrubbing pads immediately fall off of the piece of plastic holding them on as soon as I start scrubbing the toilet!! I thought the first box may have been defective, but I just opened a brand new pack and the same thing has happened with the three I have tried to use. Very frustrating. I feel like I wasted my money!

Bad replacement cartridges

I bought this about 3 months ago and all of the cartridges fell apart as soon as I put it in the toilet. Happened with most of the replacements, if not the tore off half way. Bought a new package of replacements and the same thing happened. Done with it, going back to regular toilet brush. Terrible product.
