Product is now USELESS

I have used these for years but something has changed in your production and the product is now a complete waste of money. I ran the pad around the toilet once and the entire thing fell apart. I will never buy these again. It’s too bad because Clorox turned a great product into a complete piece of junk. I’m sure this was done to save a half penny each but now you are losing business.I only wish I could post a photo/

I bought this product thinking it would be easy to use. I never expected such poor performance from a Clorox product. The cleaning heads do click into place but that's about it. The pad comes apart quickly and prevents cleaning the hard spots. Always need to fish out the pad before completing the job. Clorox should pull this ToiletWand off the market. Would give this zero stars if possible.

Toilet Wands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Clorox toilet wands for years and they were so easy to use. Now I have a problem with the cleaning pads staying on the wands. Have you changed something that would cause this? It doesn’t have that stable click when applying the sponge to the wand. I thought I had some bad pads but every pad I buy now has the same problem.

Falling apart

I purchased a box of the 10 refills. They fall apart as soon as u attached them to the wand.

Love how easy the wand set up is. I also love how you have minimal contact with the toilet water. The scrubber attaches hands free from the package and easily clicks off into the trash can.

Refills are cheap and fall apart

I have used the toilet wands for years and thought they were great. Recently, however, I have seen that the new refills are very cheaply made. The pads constantly fall off the wand when I am cleaning, and I have to fish them out of the toilet with my hands! I will not be repurchasing. Very disappointing that they changed the product and made it so cheap.
