Similar to others below, I have been using these for a long time. Recently I purchased a box and the moment the pad hit the water it disintegrated and came apart from the plastic joint part. I thought maybe it was a defect batch and purchased again and had the same exact experience. What happened to this product? I used to love it and now purchasing it is just flushing money down the toilet.

These are terrible now

I have used Clorox toilet wands for years and had loved them until about a year or so ago. You obviously changed your pads/glue and now the pad is falling off before I can get my toilet clean. It's literally coming apart as soon as it gets wet. I loved the product before you ruined it. If you have to increase the price, just do it rather than cutting quality. These are worthless now - I'm so disappointed!

They fall apart!!

I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the toilet bowl cleaner wands!! I had to use three of them to try and clean the bowl and ALL THREE of them FELL APART after just two swipes!!! They were in danger of becoming completely disconnected & I barely managed to get them out of the toilet and into the trash!!
This did not used to happen, but I will no longer waste my money on this product!!

Better quality control

I have used the wands for toilet bowl cleaning for so long, that I still have the one where you put the pad in and slide the button down to lock it in. With that being said, I couldn’t find refills for the older system, so I have upgraded to this current wand that has the round disks that snap on to the wand. We purchased the refill box from A big box store and have to say this is the second box I have purchased and having issues with the pad coming disconnected from the button mechanism that has been snapped into the wand. Very disappointed in the fact that this is the second box that has had issues! Never filed complaint with first box and occasionally things do slip through quality control, but again as stated previously, this is the second refill box and still having issues!
With is being a snap button and a slide button release, one would think that a better system could be enhanced. Disappointed in the quality and do hope it can be looked into and resolved.
If further information, bar code and pictures are needed to enhance quality, I do have pictures for you of the second box I purchased.

Disappointed in the change of product material

These were my favorite until the material was changed to a lesser quality. Please go back to the original pad which held together through usage.

Poor quality’s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this product for years. Loved it. Now when I use them they tear apart the second I start scrubbing. I have bought 2 boxes with the same result. The quality is not the same. They are cheaply made and do not hold up.

What happened?!?!

I have been using Clorox Toilet Wands for over ten years and have loved this product, but lately this product is crap! Sometimes they detach from the plastic before I even stick it in the toilet and other times the pad is hanging on by a thread after I’ve scrubbed the toilet for 10 seconds. Whatever you did to save money and cheapen this product, please stop! Go back to how these were manufactured before. I was at least glad to see, based on the other reviews, that it’s not just me. Many others are having this same issue.

Thought it was a fluke.

I have been using this product for years with no issues. Unfortunately, the last couple of refills have been terrible. They liberally fell apart the minute they touched the water. The idea of the product is to be quick and easy, but lately, they are anything but. I hate to have to do it, but if this product doesn't improve, I will have to revert to using those old toilet brushes, and just the thought of it is disgusting. To me, using the dirty standard toilet brush, is like...well, what's the point?
