I have been using the toilet wand cleaning kit for several years. Recently every one I buy disintegrates as soon as it touches the water. Why have you changed the production? I hate that when something works and is convenient, It suddenly changes and that is all there is to it

I've used the ToiletWand and disposable rushes for YEARS! Lately they fall apart as soon as they hit the water. You need to change these back to the old ones. So disappointed!!!! This was such a great idea until you changed the formula. Now it doesn't do the job.

Toilet Wand Refills

When I first bought these years ago, I was very satisfied. Now, however, it is a total different story. The refills start completely falling off the wand as soon as it is emerged in water. I will not invest in buying anymore of this product.

Toilet Wand & refills

I have been using the disposable Clorox Toilet Wand system for years. In the last year, the Wand Refills have been separating from the Disk and many times have to be fished out of the toilet after used. I will be searching for a new toilet cleaner if this issue is not corrected soon!

I use to love this product!

Been using the toilet wand for years, for the past few months I noticed the pad coming off the clip into my toilet. It very unpleasant to fish the pads out of my toilet. What happened? Very disappointed! I want the original product to come back please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible product. I've been using this for years and out of no where they fall apart within seconds of getting wet. I thought I just got a bad batch but it's consistently horrible. I can't believe a company is getting away with selling trash. This product should fall under false advertisement.

I love these. They work well it’s easy with no clean up. You just pop one on use in the toilet to get you bowl clean and sudsy then hold over trash can and pop off. The price is good and is the availability is everywhere. I use these once a day to just make sure my toilet bowl is fresh and clean.
