Cleaning head falls apart

I've used your Clorox cleaning kit for years. For the last several months, the little spongy head falls right off the wand. WHY? I LOVE your product! Sanitary and keeps my toilet looking and smelling fresh. It's horrid when I have to reach in to pull the 'head' out! HELP
I would recommend this to a friend!

Falling Apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these for years and loved them; recommended them to friends and family; however, like others have stated, in the past 6 months or so every one I have used fell apart quickly and was basically useless in cleaning the toilet bowl. I kept thinking that they would improve and be effective like before, but the most recent box is the same, falling apart. What has happened to the quality control?

Great cleaner, bad attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some 5 minutes ago, my plumber retrieved the cleaning head, which became stuck in the toilet. As soon as I lowered the wand into the bottom part of the tank, the thing fell off and immediately lodged inside the drain pipe of the toilet. This was a downright scary experience.
I should tell you that I love Clorox products, and I use just about everything they make, but this is not a good product.
The wand itself is convenient and durable. The pads have plenty of cleaner, and they're good scrubbers. But the cleaning head does not stay on the wand, and I can tell you the result can be costly! New design PLEASE!

Used to love it

I have been using the toilet wand for several years and was very happy with it and willing to spend the extra money. However, it seems that there is less cleaner on the wands now and it is not enough to do the job. The cleaner HAS to be the cheapest part of the product.

These clean great, but...

I love these for cleaning my bathroom toilets -- I have one in each bathroom. But after remodeling, I am wishing Clorox had some "designer" toilet wands/bases so they didn't stick out like a sore thumb. Even just a gray version and a black version. The white gets dusty and dirty so easily. I'd really prefer a more enclosed system to provide a sleeker look overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the wands for years but with this box, the scrubber separated from its plastic piece within seconds of starting to scrub. I had to use 3 scrubbers to clean the toilet one time because they kept falling apart.

Quality is not the same

I have used the toilet wand system for years. It has been wonderful until the last two packages of refills. They practically fall apart as soon as you start to use them. I never had this problem in the past and when I had a problem with the first package of refills, I figured it was just a bad batch. But is has happened again. I’m very disappointed in this diminished product.

did the refills change?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a toilet wand that I purchased a couple years ago. I recently bought refills and they no longer fit on the wand. The piece that connects into the bottom of the wand is too big. I thought this may have been a fluke, so I bought another set of refills. Same issue. Did the refills change/wand change? Disappointed.
Pros: Easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!
