Toilet wand is a disaster!

DO NOT BUY the Clorox toilet cleaning wand system! The preloaded-with-soap sponge that attaches to the wand comes loose from the wand very easily and immediately slides down the toilet bowl outflow. You will not be able to retrieve it and will then have to pull the toilet to get the stupid sponge attachment out of the toilet. We are now waiting for a plumber to come reinstall the toilet!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too many bad reviews

I just saw this at my sister-in-law's house and wanted one but when I kept reading the same negative review over and over again,about the wand disinheriting and the blue dying the toilet bowl. I decided mot to purchase

Toilet wand refills

I have used the toilet wand and refills for a long time. I loved them and could even clean two toilets with one refill! Now I can’t even finish cleaning one with it falling apart! The refill separates almost immediately. Please go back to how you were making them before.

Quality keeps going down!

I’ve been using this for years and within the last year the quality has gone down. The last few have almost fallen off while scrubbing the toilet. This box! Apparently no quality control! Three fell off as soon as I attached it to the wand! No glue or whatever it is that keeps the scrubber attached! The fourth one actually attached but once I did 1scrub it fell off! I don’t appreciate having to stick my hand in there to dig it out of the toilet! These refills are too expensive to be cheaply made. Going to the store to buy something else that actually works and I can depend on. I know with COVID you’re busy getting other products on the shelves but you have lost quality in others.

terrible quality

I wish I had read the reviews before the purchase. I had used the very inexpensive version of a similar cleaning tool and had really good results. I expected more from Clorox. Very disappointed. The pad came loose from the attachment. I had to remove it from the toilet water and then remove the attachment clip from the wand. Cleaning solution was so thick it did not rinse of. Resulted in using the old brush to complete the chore. Unhappy with this product, can you tell?

I've used these for years. Now all of a sudden they're coming apart when they are submerged in water. What's going on? Also not cleaning as well. Please go back to old if yins have changed or I will not be buying anymore. Very disappointed! At this point I wouldn't recommend. Sorry.

Disappointing

I was very happy with my first purchase but when I bought the refills they fell apart as soon as they got wet. I thought it must have been a bad batch, the first ones were great, so I bought another refill. Wrong. They fell apart as well. I guess they changed the product and it isn't convenient if you have to fish the pad out of the toilet...

Clorox wands didn’t hold up

I have always used the toilet wands but the last few times buying them the sponge comes away after one swipe in the toilet bowl. Very low quality of late with this item.
