Love these. So easy

Love these. So easy to use, they work well and are sanitary. The wand clicks right into the refills and you don’t need to use your hands to snap it in. These come included with the cleanser and the suds right up and have a bit of scrubber/abrasive side to clean off any stuck gunk. The disposable pads snap into the garbage. Cleaning disc falls apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for years. The last batch I bought falls apart before I even get the toilet clean. I will buy them one more time. If the same thing happens, I will try something else.

Poor quality in product.

I am disappointed in the quality of the toilet bowl brushes in the past year. I have been using your products and was happy with how they worked. But since the pandemic, it seems you have dropped the ball. Every time I use the brushes now the brush will come apart and fall into the bowl. I can't scrub the toilet without fear of having to reach in to retrieve the brush that I was using. Yuck. Fix the problem or I will find another to buy.

Awful quality.

I’ve happily been using the Clorox wand to clean my toilets for years. And the last few boxes of refills that I’ve bought have been absolutely horrible. The sponge part comes detached from the wand, and TWICE, has fallen into the toilet bowl. It’s poor craftsmanship. There was a time when I could clean two toilets with one sponge, now I can’t even clean one. Not sure what I’ll use to clean my toilet bowls now, but it won’t be the Clorox wand

falls apart

I like so many of the other reviews am no longer using the Clorox Toilet Wand because of poor product. I have used this since it came on the market but I would say the last year or so it falls apart while using it, almost as soon as you put it in the toilet. It needs a bigger end, the scrubber size needs to cover the circumference of the scrubber AND a better glue. Then I would try them again.

Quality has decreased

I have been using the Clorox Disinfecting ToiletWand for several years. That last several refills, the quality has been terrible. I barely am able to get the toilet bowel cleaned before the pad starts to separate from the plastic piece you click into the wand. I am considering using a different product to clean my toilet bowls. When we moved into our new home a year ago, I purchased two more sets for each bathroom. I regret the purchase now.

I bought the wand refills and they fall apart as soon as they get wet! I don't know who had the idea to fix what wasn't broken but I won't buy them again!

Scrub heads fall apart

What happened to the scrub heads. I thought maybe my hard water was too much the last couple of uses but today I throughly read the directions for use -online. Dipped the head in the water and the scrubber separated. Ugg. Not again. So what’s going on. I love this product but I’m thinking the scrub brush might be better.
