Falls apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these for several years. The last I bought fell apart during the cleaning. They used to be very thick and sturdy. I felt like my toilet was clean. Sometimes now I need to use a second one to feel its done its job. Obviously they are reduced the quality.

AWFUL! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I have used this product since it came out. I am not sure what happened but the quality is absolutely horrible! The scrub pads fall apart as soon as they hit the water, does not scrub at ALL! My husband used 4 to try and get our toilet clean before he gave up. Absolute waste of money. Never again. Too bad, I really liked the original product.

Cleaning heads fall apart while cleaning, when this product first came out, this didn’t happen.

Quality has gone down

I have used the toilets wands for years and thought it was a good product. Unfortunately, my last 2 refill purchases have been very sub-standard. The cleaning pad starts to come apart as soon as it gets wet, before the cleaning is finished. They really need to go back to the old type that held together.

Quality has declined drastically

I have been using the wands since they came out and have always been happy with them until recently. Something has changed and the quality is poor. The heads keep falling apart before I get the toilet cleaned. I'm not sure what you changed Clorox but please go back to the old way! I'm not sure I will buy another box of refills. Third box and they are still defective!

pods fall apart

Used this wand and pod system for years. Clorox has recently changed the manufacturing of the pods. They fall off the holder almost right away. I can't even make it around the bowl without it starting to come apart and I have completely given up trying to scrub the corners or bends in the bowl. I will be switching brands for something that can actually hold up to weekly cleaning.

Toilet Wand refills

When this product first arrived on the shelves, I was excited. The only problem was the blue coloring would stain the toilet seat. But now less blue coloring and now that is great! The quality of the pad has dropped to an all time low!! Once it is wet, it starts falling apart and then falling off the wand.
