What happened?!?

I have used the Clorox toilet wand for years and absolutely loved it, but the last three boxes I have purchased have simply fallen apart the minute they get in the water. I have to be careful so they don't fall off. So disappointing!

Flimsy

I’ve used these for a few years but feel like they’ve changed in past little while. The pads aren’t as stable and are more flimsy. They come off the plastic part. Not good when you have to fish out the scrubbing pad.

Poor Quality!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last 2 times I bought the Toiletwands they fell apart in the toilet. I couldn't even finish cleaning the toilet. If you don't change the way these are made, you will be losing a lot of customer. Would it be worth that!!!

Terrible redesign of the replacement heads

What happened, you had a great product. Why the change to make the heads flimsy?? I am not the only one complaining about this, start listening to your consumers. I don't know about you but I don't want to fish out a flimsy dirty head out of my toilet, do you??..Please bring back the original design, that didn't disintegrate when you put it in water. May need to look at the competition. Clorox you had me for years and then you changed up the design. Please bring back the old design..Thank you for listening.

Poor Quality

I have used the ToiletWand for several years. The last two boxes were poor quality. I thought that I received a bad batch. But I purchased a new box and they are even worse. One box the sponge barely hung on while cleaning the toilet. The second box the sponge completely separated from the plastic round attachment.

it used to be good

we have used this product for many years , the last 3 boxes about 6months-1 yr of the wands have been AWFUL they fall apart in seconds I'm not sure what happened to the product but I will stop using in and not recommend it until they fix it and I hear from them that they did, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT its a waste of money

Quality has really gone down

I’ve been buying these for years and in this last year the quality has gone down so much. One swipe around the bowl and the pad is completely coming off. This used to be a great, convenient product.

fall apart as soon as they get wet

Fall apart as soon as they get wet I try to swipe around toilet and instantly they separate and I can't even get the toilet clean. The design has changed material is much thinner and les dense and missing the blue scrubby top. When that happened they failed. I contacted clorox they gave me a refund. Which I appreciate. But please bring back the original style that worked for many years. Please
