I HAVE USED THESE FOR YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS WORK GREAT! THE LAST 4 MONTHS THEY HAVE FALLEN APART AS SOON AS I PUT THEM IN THE WATER!!! I HAVE 8 OF THESE AND AM VERY UPSET WITH POOR QUALITY!

Grear in the beginning.....no longer worth the mon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these when they first came out & they worked great. Apparently, a new manufacturer took over, as they are no longer worth the money. The minute the pad hits the water, it falls apart. Then, you have to fish it out of the toilet with your hands! What happened to quality control? No longer a satisfied customer!

Clorox wand pads

I bought 3 wands for each of my bathrooms and 2 of them had the worst quality refill pads. They shredded apart before I could even clean the toilet. Was very disappointed in that.

ToiletWand Disappointment

I used to love these toilet wands, but in the past six months or so the quality control has failed this product! I used to be able to use one sponge for 2 toilets and now barely 1 is usable for 1 toilet. Very disappointing. Back to the DIY method! Well, I'll save money!

Poor quality for past year

I agree with others that the quality of the refills has gotten extremely bad since covid. Today the refill fell off and got flushed down the toilet. Fortunately the plastic piece stayed attached to the wand and I'm really hoping we don't have a septic problem! 2 stars for recent quality, was 5 prior to the last 1 1/2 years.

Cleaning wand

I’ve been using this for a long time and even bought my mom one too cause it worked so good. But for about a year now they have been falling apart soon as they touch the water. You can’t even clean with it. The scrubbers want to separate from each other. Thought maybe they sat on the shelf at the store to long and we’re old and that was the problem. That’s not it because I just bought 2 new boxes, 20 packs and they are falling apart too.
I’m not sure what you change on this product but I find myself looking for another product to use. I really use to love this wand. So disappointed.

My mother and I both use this product but the last several boxes of refills are following apart before you even put them in the water & as soon as you put them in the water it is almost impossible to keep them attached evem long enough to try to clean the toilet. Further more it makes it very hard to use this way as you have to push down on it almost too hard to move around the toilet bowl. We are both sorely disappointed and dissatisfied lately. Currently I can't say I would recommend it to anyone but fix the issue and that would change.

Falling apart! :(....

The last 2 boxes I have received, the scrubber pad is litteraly falling off as soon as i do the 1st swipe in the toilet. I have been using them for years. This is so disappointing. I would have given 10 stars before this. I hope this gets resolved soon or I will have to stop buying :(...
