Falls apart

I've been using this cleaning wand for awhile nowbut the last box of refill were a disaster. Put on wand and when I put it in the toilet it comes apart and makes it impossible to use.. i have now gone through 3 of them from this box all doing the same thing.. Must be time to go back to using gel and brush..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not sure why I held of buying this for so long, it’s so simple to use and cleans better than a regular brush. The storage caddy is large and able to fit ample amount of cleaning pads. It cleans in the hard to reach spots for an all over quick thorough clean every time.

New pads suck

This product has gone drastically down hill! I can barely get the sponge pad in the bowl before it is falling apart! I will no longer be using this product which I am disappointed about it was so much more sanitary to throw away the sponge pad. I have used these for years and the past two or three replacements I have bought are terrible!

New ones are terrible

I hate the new toilet wand refills. They start to detach from the top immediately so they’re useless for scrubbing. Please bring the old ones back - the quality was much better.

Poor Quality

I have a used the toilet wand for years and have loved the convenience. The new scrubbing pads fall apart and I have to use two to do the job of a single older one. DISAPPOINTING!

Don't waste your money on these!!

The product is a great idea but, not sure why I bought these AGAIN. I guess because I had bought 2 wands in the last year and a half and decided to give them another try. This box of 20 pack refills continues to fall apart after being in the water a minute or two. What is wrong with these?? Not happy with them at all.

We have very hard water in TN. I saw these from a cleaning lady on Tiktok and I HAD to try them. They work well in the shower and toilet.

I use to love the toilet bowl wand and refill pads but the last few times I bought them I noticed the pads fall apart. Change back to old design.
