Toilet Wand

I to am so disappointed in the toilet wand. They used to be great and I was able to clean both bathrooms with one sponge. Now I barely get them in the water and they fall apart. PLEASE PLEASE go back to the way to use to make them. Saving a penny or two on your end will lose more customers on this end. I tried to insert a picture of mine after less then ten seconds in the water but could not upload here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Toilet wand scrubbers

I bought a huge pack of toilet sponges from a warehouse store. Every one I have used has separated from the base. Worst quality product ever! Complete waste of money!

Falls apart!!!

The brush part of the toilet wand rips. I don’t want to be sticking my hand in that water. I have a cleaning lady come and I told her what happened and she said it’s happening to all of her customers now. I don’t have the box anymore but I put the number that was on the individual package.

No good

I have used this product for years the last year they have been awful
The brush immediately comes off holder when in water can’t even clean because of this , have to fish pad out by hand !!! I bought one more box in hopes I had bad batch

Love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a box of refills that were a bad batch. Started falling apart the second they were put in the water. Every one of them in this box did this ! Looks like someone needs to tend to quality control. Love your products,can't live without them

Love the idea, the product is awful

I have used these for years, and absolutely love the idea. The last three packages I have gotten have been horrible. I am not even getting 30 seconds of cleaning before the sponge comes completely off. Does Clorox not test their products before selling them? Every. Single. One. is the same way. Done with this product, I am so tired of fishing the separated top from the toilet.

Disc falls apart

I have used this product for years. Recently the discs fall apart and are not useable. Very unhappy with the product now.

Cheap starter kit

I bought this for an easier way to clean the toilet. When I unboxed it, the lid isn’t aligned and very sad it doesn’t have a safer “child lock” type of mechanism. Wouldn’t want my 16 month old playing with this with it being stocked with the toxic toilet bowl cleaner attachments. Very disappointed.
