Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the ToiletWand refills for years and have always been very satisfied with the product. The last box of 20 refills that I bought have fallen apart. The scrubby part falls off the plastic piece. I tried another sleeve from the same box and the same thing happens.

lack of product quality

TW 20 338 02:30 D1 is the number on one of the Toilet Wand refill bags, which I have more bags. I have used your product for many years but currently the construction of your refills are deficient. I have a total of 5 bathrooms in 2 homes. Since I dislike waste, we got some non soluble glue to attach the plastic device to the cleaning scouring pad which increases our cost and labor. I will be looking for a better product.

Not enough glue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for several years. Starting a little over a year ago, the pads do not stay on the wand. I do not even come close to finish cleaning when the pad falls off completely. You need some quality control on this product.

Product falls apart

The toilet wand pads used to be strong enough that you could sometimes do two toilets with one. Now, they just fall apart the minute you start using them. We've been using the toilet wands for years (since they came out). What have you done to them, and when are you fixing them? They have turned into a total waste.

No migraines!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using for years and have to agree the quality of the last pads I bought are poor. Once you get them wet the layers of the pad separate and become an accordion making them hard to work with

Toilet wand refills changes not good

I've been using toilet wand system for years. Clorox must have changes manufacturing because they fall apart now.. like not enough glue holding scrub pad. I gave it a chance thinking COVID issues with manufacturing or just a bad batch, but it's still an issue. Not wasting my money any more. Going back to a reusable scrubber product.

Horrible !!!

We started using these a long time ago and loved them. However, I really dislike them now and intend to stop using them. The cleaning pads are horrible. You can not even take one swipe around the toilet before the pad falls off. I used this product because I don't want to reach in the toilet, but with the pads falling apart each and every time you have to reach into the toilet.
