I’ve been a user of this product since it came out. We moved to a new home about a year ago and I bought a system for all 3 bathrooms. I’m sorry I did as the sponges fall apart right away. They used to be good. Thinking about just buying a brush and bottle of cleaner. So sad when prices go up and quality goes down.

Used to be a fan

Every time I use these they fall apart. I have put up with it because I bought a huge box at a bulk item store. But today when I used it, it came apart and went into the bottom of my toilet and I reached into it, reluctantly, but could not reach it. I hope my toilet doesn't back up.

Cleaning Heads fall apart

The cleaning heads fall off and come apart after only using them for a few minutes and there is hardly any cleaning solution on them. Can you please address this issue and correct it. I hope you intend to produce a new and improved product. Until then I will buy another cleaning product. So disappointed in the Clorox brand.

Too fragile to scrub with

Have used these for long time. Recently noticed that scrub head tears almost whole way off the plastic disk that holds it to wand. Must scrub gingerly to avoid it coming off and that defeats the purpose of these. Unfortunately I just bought new big box of these that are unusable. Shame. Will look for something new at grocery store.

What happened to the quality?!

The last several boxes of wand refills have fallen apart as soon as they hit. I have had to reach in to the toilet to grab the scrubby part because ot fell off of the plastic part that attaches to the wand. Kind of defeats the purpose of the wand. Disappointed with the change in poor quality. We have these in every bathroom and it has become more of a hindrance than help to clean the toilets quickly now.

Wand pad falls apart

Review of toilet wand pads. Recently when using the wand find that the pad is falling apart leaving me to revive the pad in the toilet by hand. Pad comes apart almost as soon as it is in the water. After reading the reviews I find that this is a very common issue with Clorox wand pads, looking for new system for cleaning my toilet.

Falls Apart

I bought the ToiletWand Starter Kit a few weeks ago. Every single pad came apart from the plastic attachment as soon as I started scrubbing. I had to fish the scrubbing pad out of the toilet water. I purchased a replacement box and the same thing is happening. How do I avoid this? Seems like a great idea! Ended up having to dig out my old brush again.

Fall apart everytime now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to love using these. They made cleaning the toilet quick and easy without having a nasty toilet brush. Now they are falling apart everytime I use them. I’ve had to reach in the toilet a couple of times now because they have come completely apart and I wasn’t even scrubbing that hard or long for them to do that.
