Plugged toilet

I’ve used this product for years and today I flushed the toilet and the Clorox pad fell off the wand and went down the toilet. I now have had to call a plumber to come out to fix the clog. I’ve been extremely happy with this wand prior to this incident and believe it’s great to clean the toilet and easily dispose of pad after cleaning but am very disappointed how the pad fell off and now I am having to pay for a plumber to come out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falls apart

Terrible! Falls apart within seconds. I wasn't even scrubbing, just a normal wipe down! Tried several then gave up! I thought it was maybe this box but nope I have another box that did the same thing

What happened!?

Have used these for years just like former review. Today, go to clean toilet and falls apart before finishing one toilet. Had to fish the head of the cleaner out of toilet. So disappointed. Thought maybe a fluke. Tried the next one. Didn’t have to fish it out but fell apart much like the previous. Sacrificing quality now?

Poor quality

4th in same batch that fell apart after one swirl in the toilet. Never experienced this with other boxes.

Refills are defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wand refills are defective. They are hanging on by a thread to the plastic and fall off when you use them in the toilet. What happened ? Originally these were awesome now too flimsy. So disappointing.

Pad quality has changed

I have used this product for years! But the last refills purchased are a different material that separates from the wand after just a few swipes. Something has changed in your production and it is definitely not an improvement. I thought it might just be a bad batch but I bought a new system for my son’s home while visiting this week and had the same experience.

Very easy to use and sanitary

I've been using this system for several years new but lately I've noticed the refills do not stay attached to the backing plate. I have bought several boxes of refills and they all do the same thing. As soon as you start scrubbing, the pad starts to tear away. I've had one actually fall off. I think you need to look at how the scrubber pad is bonded to the adapter plate. Other than that, I love it!!
